Jason M. Moyer, Principal
Strategy, Planning, Corporate Finance, M&A Jason M. Moyer has earned more than twenty-five years of relevant experience, including senior roles in executive management (e.g., President, COO, CFO, etc.), strategy, planning, corporate finance, venture development, divestitures, acquisitions, and business valuation. Exposure spans hundreds of companies ranging from startup to Fortune 500 organizations, including tenure with Intel Corporation (NASDAQ: INTC), PacifiCorp (a Berkshire Hathaway affiliate), Planar Systems, and ReliaStar Financial Corp. (an ING affiliate). Jason has been involved in multiple M&A transactions (up to $9.4B), and instrumental in securing diversely structured angel, bank, VC, and PE financings. He holds a BS in Management plus an MBA, and brings a uniquely pragmatic perspective, blending corporate history, entrepreneurial experience, and early-stage venture fund management. Hobbies include technology, all things automotive, and fully exploring one’s vocabulary. |
